A recovery project in the Municipality of Anguillara Sabazia, started in May 2024, with a program aimed at mitigating the damage caused by the devastating fire of 2018 that affected about 27,000 square meters of the Regional Park.

The initiative, part of the Mosaico Verde campaign of AzzeroCO2, included preparatory interventions: from cleaning the ground from weed plant species to cutting and disposing of burned trunks. The forest biomass was transformed into wood chips and reused as a natural mulch for the new plants.
