Reforest-Italy was founded in 2023 by Aldo Beolchini and Riccardo Greco, two professionals with decades of experience in investment banking, renewable energy, corporate finance, and ESG strategies.
Aldo is a finance professional with experience from investment banking, Co-founder and owner of the NextEnergy Group, serial entrepreneur and investor in carbon farming, rewilding, reforestation and nature restoration projects.
Riccardo started his career at Enel and spent 20 years in executive finance roles within the international energy and commodities industry, where he led large Corporate Finance and M&A transactions, as well as spearheaded ESG strategies in the sector.
Former Minister of the Environment and Minister of Agricultural and Forestry Policies, as well as President of the Federation of the Greens, Alfonso continues to actively contribute to the development of policies for civil progress, environmental protection, and nature conservation, also through the initiatives of the UniVerde Foundation and the EcoDigital network, both founded by him.
Alberto is a biotechnologist with a background in chemistry and environmental data science. His experience focuses on biochar research and carbon sequestration, combining scientific research with practical sustainability applications.
